Are you a fan of Otogi, Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven, Silent Line: Armored Core, Thousand Land, Shadow Tower Abyss, or Lost Kingdoms 2? Then good news - in the Winter of 2002, Fromsoftware released desktop themes for these games! Each self-extracting file came with a wallpaper, icons, sound effects, and MORE to dress up your computer for the festive occasion. These were all limited time gifts from Fromsoftware, but through the magic of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine, they've all been saved! (I think.)
This is a re-zipped package of the Rune II Winter Desktop Theme (of course, RUNE 2 was renamed as Lost Kingdoms 2 overseas), with all the mojibake decoded and translated into English. Due to that, the Windows Theme file itself may not work, but the original package was tested to work properly in a virtual version of Windows XP. So feel free to use the original package if so. You could probably just manually assign all the icons and stuff if you wanted, too. Check out the "README BEFORE THE README" in the zipped file for more info!
