Why does a strategy guide have a gallery of concept art seen nowhere else?

Evergrace Official Strategy Guide (select scans)

Select scans from the Evergrace Official Strategy Guide, published under Dengeki Kouryaku Ou as part of Mediaworks' Dengeki publications. They handled game walkthrough guidebooks thingies for older games, Evergrace is old, and that's how we got here!

Normally I might scan some maps to go along with this, but they were pretty plain and normal. Very guidebook-y. What's more juicy is that it has some lovely concept art of characters, enemies, and fashion! That's what I'm here for, and I'm sure there's a few people who've been waiting for this. So, please enjoy them in all their 600 dpi glory*!
