it is what it says! i've had these scans for a few years but only put them all together in november of '21. eep... that's on me. I have much more written about it from the internet archive listing so I'll plop there hereeeeeee :3
I'm looking for website mirrors that aren't the Internet Archive, Vimm's Lair, or whatever. Cuz these image files are huge! The below is merely the PDF version of it, but it will certainly do in times of need. Please email me if you want the full 300 MB zip.

As you may know, RUNE II ~Koruten no Kagi no Himitsu~ is a card action RPG released by Fromsoftware for the Nintendo Gamecube in 2003, and was localized as Lost Kingdoms 2 overseas. And it's really good you should play it so you can join us all in the wait for Lost Kingdoms 3 until I finally snap and destroy Activision so I can claim the trademark and... One day, one day.
This is a fairly standard guidebook you'd see anywhere, and to be honest, doesn't have as much beautiful art as the RUNE version... But, it does have a little unique dialogue exchange that seems to take place in the kingdom of Kendaria (or known as Koruten in Japan), which I will certainly try to translate soon! And hey, the art it does have is quite beautiful anyways, Tara is just a natural beauty like that.
Also, check out the obi - really neat RUNE merch existed back then, eh? I want my own fairy plushies, both Rii and Rimu please.
I've had these scans for the last two years and only got to them now. And my skills in scanning may not have been so great back then, I could count a lot of dust specks. And it's at 300 DPI... Eek. Either way, I'm happy to have them here now, lightly edited to straighten pages, remove specks, and to clear as much gutter shadow as possible.

WOOOO AFTER TWO YEARS IT’S DONE LOL AND IT’S JUST SELECT SCANS BUT I’M HAPPY TO GET IT OFF MY CHEST!!!! most of the book really is just strategy and less on the art, buuuuuut there are still lovely things in there. such as, well, tara grimface is pretty and she’s in the book you know...
there’s actually something in there i want to translate, a dialogue between king leod and some soldiers. but till then, ENJOY!!!!
